The ideal candidate will combine expertise in ERP workflows, PromoStandards integrations, and middleware tools (Celigo, nSync) with strong product data governance practices. This role is critical in supporting high-volume, high-SKU operations, enabling efficiency across supply chain, merchandising, and ecommerce teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Data Management & Governance
  • Own the full lifecycle of product information (setup, maintenance, retirement) across NetSuite, OMG (OrderMyGear), BigCommerce, and integrated middleware systems.
  • Establish, document, and enforce data governance standards, ensuring product data accuracy across attributes (pricing, dimensions, compliance, imagery, copy).
  • Design and manage taxonomies and category structures to optimize searchability and navigation for customers and internal users.
  • Perform regular audits to identify and resolve errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies across systems.

System Integration & Middleware Management:
  • Manage and optimize integrations between NetSuite ERP, BigCommerce storefronts, and distributor/partner systems via Celigo, nSync, PromoStandards, and API-based connections.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration failures (pricing syncs, inventory feeds, product updates) and collaborate with IT for root-cause resolution.
  • Lead onboarding of new suppliers using PromoStandards-enabled feeds (inventory, product data, ordering, and media services).
  • Monitor integration health dashboards, proactively fixing mapping or data-flow issues before they impact business operations.

Platform Integration & Optimization:
  • Manage and maintain PromoStandards product data integrations, including mapping product fields across systems to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Coordinate and implement product data synchronization and integration between NetSuite ERP, OMG and the BigCommerce platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data feed or system integration issues.

Content Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure consistent application of brand and regulatory standards across all digital product content (descriptions, copy tone, safety/compliance, packaging).
  • Implement and manage digital asset management best practices to govern photography and media used across channels.
  • Track compliance with industry and platform-specific data standards (PromoStandards, attributes, ecommerce metadata).

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Enablement
  • Partner with Category Managers and Merchandising Teams to execute new product launches and promotional assortments.
  • Work with Ecommerce Teams to improve customer experience with enriched product information.
  • Act as a technical resource for IT & Data Teams on product-record workflows, integrations, and data standards.
  • Train cross-functional partners in data governance best practices to ensure consistent adoption.

Process Improvement & Technical Advancement
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in product data workflows; recommend automation or revised standards where applicable.
  • Lead initiatives to advance PIM maturity across the business (structured workflows, new tool adoption, better onboarding of digital assets).
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards for data quality, integration uptime, and catalog completeness.

Essential Skills & Expectations
  • Strong command of ERP/PIM workflows, preferably in NetSuite.
  • Expertise with middleware and middleware tools such as Celigo and nSync.
  • Proven experience managing Promo Standards integrations (product data, pricing, inventory, order workflows).
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, Google Sheets, CSV/XML/JSON feeds, and data mapping.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management and storefront merchandising strategies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues across ERP ↔ PIM ↔ Ecommerce systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement and scalability.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business, IT, or related field (equivalent technical experience considered).
  • 3–5 years experience in product information management or ERP/PIM administration, ideally in promotional products, consumer goods, or high-SKU e-commerce.
  • Hands-on proficiency in NetSuite ERP, BigCommerce, PIM or OMG systems, and familiarity with API or feed-driven integrations.
  • Direct experience with PromoStandards integrations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical operations for non-technical teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to accuracy and detail.

Compensation for this role will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies.
