New Deal Deicing is a small business manufacturer that makes ice melt product for the aviation industry. We are a “Mission Impossible” team with 5 highly effective members who each contributes tremendously to execute our company’s purpose of supporting our nation’s air transportation system during the winter time. We are looking for the 6th member to join the production team. Because we hold high standards for ourselves and are always willing to help, support, and sacrifice for each other, we need YOU to be WILLING to do the same. Therefore, we care more about WHO you are than WHAT you have done in the past.

A few important things to consider:

1) Serving customers is the purpose of our work. As long as you work hard in your role to learn, do, contribute to the Company’s purpose, you will surely get rewarded. But you have to have some faith first. Give 100% of yourself to learn and do and increase your value here before expecting big returns. It’s up to you to prove yourself and EARN respect.

2) We know everyone has a life and has family to take care of, and we will support you to take care of yourself and your family. Responsibilities:

Operate multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment in the production line.
Assist with equipment and building maintenance and repair.
Communicate clearly and effectively with co-workers and supervisors to resolve issues promptly.
Monday through Friday work schedule. Extended shifts and weekend production days are required during periods of high product demand.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to walk and stand during majority of the day.
Ability to climb ladders, work in high places and wear PPE including safety glasses and hearing protection.
Ability to work in hot, cold, loud, and dusty conditions.
