The role involves receiving and responding to communications, exchanging and verifying relevant information to provide routine support from internal and external teams, agents, consumers, and business partners. Additionally, the processor performs routine changes that require a basic knowledge of company policy and insurance guidelines, ensuring that all responses are prompt and consistent with changing needs and circumstances. A key aspect of this role is the validation, editing, and correction of data, as well as tracking and reporting any system or policy issues that may arise. The Property Claims Processor must be able to work under general supervision within established procedures and demonstrate the ability to learn new processes, systems, or guidelines quickly. Effective communication with a variety of audiences is essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
Provide processing support to internal and external customers and business partners.
Process data in accordance with internal and external business requirements and documented guidelines.
Utilize established tools and procedures to identify, organize, and categorize information.

Perform routine changes that require a basic knowledge of company policy and insurance guidelines.
Respond promptly and consistently to changing needs and circumstances.
Validate, edit, and correct data as necessary.
Track and report system and/or policy issues.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
0-2 years experience (Preferred)
Ability to work under general supervision within established procedures.
Ability to learn new processes, systems, or guidelines quickly.
Ability to communicate well with a variety of audiences
