ROLE SUMMARY

 

Your primary mission is to develop, grow, expand and nurture our client portfolio within the Los Angeles Area, driving both acquisition and retention. Leveraging strategic initiatives, you will connect with prospective clients, introduce our specialized financial management services, and cultivate lasting business relationships. Your role is pivotal in identifying opportunities, presenting in a professional manner our value proposition and business solutions, and persuading prospects and clients to partner with us. By implementing innovative strategies to engage, convert, and sustain clients, you will play a key role in fueling our growth and ensuring the continued success of our consulting services.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

You will play a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our client base. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Clients Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify and research potential clients in your target market
  • Initiate and maintain relationship with client’s key decision makers
  • Gather relevant information about clients’ needs

Negotiate contracts and close deals

  • Lead negotiations to secure new business agreements and contracts
  • Ensure mutually beneficial terms that align with both clients’ needs and company’s goals

Collaborate with Internal teams

  • Work closely with Marketing task force to create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our services
  • Cooperate with the Accounts Receivables process to ensure billing to clients is aligned to the agreement’s terms
  • Coordinate with Consulting team to ensure smooth engagement starting date and ending date
  • Partner with Recruiting team to create marketable consultants’ profile

Partner with Marketing and Business Development task forces to develop the tools needed to support lead generation and client acquisition efforts

  • Support the creation and maintenance of an accurate database of prospective and current clients
  • Contribute to the development of communication strategies that actively support the engagement with prospective clients and the building of a robust network of contact (social media activity, attendance to networking events and conferences, email marketing campaigns, etc.)

Maintain market and industry knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors’ activities to maintain competitive edge
  • Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance your effectiveness

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education

  • Bachelor in Sales, Business development, Recruitment, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field preferred

 

Skills

  • High entrepreneurial mindset, committed and passionate about creating businesses from scratch
  • Great self-starter and team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
