We are seeking a Remote Apple Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Apple products and services, as well as a strong commitment to customer service. This is a remote position, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and can work independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to Apple users, handling queries related to Apple hardware, software, and services.

Requirements:

7. Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent certification is a plus.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week. The schedule will be flexible, but candidates must be available to work some weekends and holidays.
