Administer and maintain executive devices (laptops, mobile phones, tablets) and ensure secure access to systems and data.
Configure and support productivity and communication tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and Zoom
Manage user accounts, email configurations, calendar syncing, and secure file sharing platforms.
Ensure executive IT environments are compliant with company security policies and industry best practices.
Handle onboarding and offboarding tasks for executives, including provisioning and de-provisioning of access and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors or third-party IT providers for service, support, or procurement needs.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, systems, and support activities related to executive support.
Be available for after-hours or weekend support when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience (1+ years) providing IT support in a corporate or executive setting, preferably in a remote environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, remote access tools, and endpoint security.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability in handling executive communication and data.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
