Who you are

Our full-time Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing our growth strategy. We are looking for someone creative, scrappy, and who wants to help Eclipse grow into one of the biggest projects in crypto.

What you have Previous marketing experience at a crypto company (preferably infrastructure), with a proven track record of driving user acquisition and building brand recognition

Deep understanding of the crypto landscape, blockchain technology, and related marketing strategies

Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing campaigns

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong execution skills, with an eye for detail and organization around campaign management

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Bachelor's or Master's degree required; in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

What you’ll be doing Drive and evolve our brand identity to create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience

Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Eclipse’s brand identity and company goals

Develop and manage brand awareness initiatives across various channels and monitor campaign performance / engagement

Collaborate with BD to drive lead gen and optimize conversion rates

Cultivate industry and media relationships to generate positive coverage, oversee content creation, and represent Eclipse in media engagements.
