Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Senior Social Worker to join their dedicated team, providing crucial family support services. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of client needs, including psychosocial, environmental, and financial factors. Facilitate access to community resources, including housing, healthcare, legal aid, and financial assistance programs. Advocate for clients' rights and needs within various systems and agencies. Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in direct social work practice, with a focus on family services, child welfare, or mental health. Demonstrated experience in providing remote or virtual social work services. Strong knowledge of social services systems, community resources, and relevant legislation. Excellent assessment, counseling, case management, and advocacy skills. Proficiency in using virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Doxy.me, secure messaging systems) and electronic health records (EHR). Exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and empathetic communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain professional boundaries in a remote setting. Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and social justice principles.
