Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales person to join our Ro + Fern team. The ideal candidate will be able to create a warm and inviting experience for this baby and children's boutique, providing outstanding customer service. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in our store as well as facilitating online orders.

  • Proficiency in Point of Sales operation and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries and support calls.
