A well-established, employee-owned HVAC solutions provider is seeking a Sales Consultant to lead Aftermarket Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) growth in the Greater Cincinnati region. Sell a wide range of aftermarket IAQ products, including filtration, purification, UV, and airflow enhancement solutions
Develop and execute a territory plan to drive new business and expand existing relationships
Call on mechanical contractors, facility managers, building owners, and design engineers

Collaborate with internal technical experts and sales leadership to cross-sell full product solutions

Ideal Background

2–5+ years of sales experience in HVAC, engineered products, MEP systems, or a related technical field
Strong understanding of air movement, filtration, and building mechanical systems
Ability to build rapport with contractors and design professionals
Independent, self-motivated, and resourceful with strong organizational skills
Experience managing a sales territory or book of business is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
