Role Description

Full-time | Field Sales | Central Florida / Orlando / I-4 Corridor The Outside Sales Representative – Packaging Solutions will be responsible for developing new business across Central Florida, including Orlando, Lakeland, Tampa, Daytona, Ocala, and surrounding markets.

This role is field-based within the Central Florida / Orlando / I-4 Corridor territory. The position will communicate regularly with the Sales Manager and will include pre-scheduled visits to our Miami headquarters for training, sales meetings, product review, and territory planning.

The role will be supported by our Miami headquarters for quoting, samples, customer service, inventory, operations, and logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new customers across the assigned Central Florida territory
  • Visit warehouses, food processors, manufacturers, distributors, logistics companies, and industrial businesses
  • Identify packaging needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Cold call, email, follow up on leads, and schedule in-person customer visits
  • Present products, samples, and packaging solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Follow up on quotes, open opportunities, and customer requests
  • Maintain pipeline, customer activity, visit notes, and opportunity updates
  • Communicate regularly with the Sales Manager regarding customer visits, pipeline activity, quotes, market feedback, and sales opportunities
  • Attend pre-scheduled visits to Miami headquarters for training, sales meetings, product review, and territory planning
  • Share market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer intelligence with management
  • Work closely with Miami HQ on pricing, samples, inventory availability, and order coordination
  • Work toward sales goals and territory growth objectives
Qualifications
  • Previous B2B sales experience preferred
  • Experience in packaging, logistics, warehouse, food, manufacturing, or distribution is a plus
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and in-person customer visits
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in the field
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
Compensation
  • Base salary commensurate with experience. New hires begin with an introductory period to evaluate performance, activity level, and overall fit. Upon successful completion, eligibility for bonus and/or commission is available based on sales results, account development, and territory performance.
