As our Senior Google Ads Specialist, you will help shape performance for client accounts, turn complex data into clear direction, and contribute to the kind of results that help brands grow sustainably. Responsibilities - Manage a portfolio of multiple Google Ads projects, including analyzing performance, forecasting budgets, launching and scaling campaigns, and bringing fresh ideas to life. - Strategize and set up campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. - Collaborate with cross-functional project teams across paid social, creative and design, and email to help achieve client goals. - Monitor account health, including checking and resolving Google Merchant issues and troubleshooting tracking pixels. - Analyze performance week on week, month to date against KPIs, and year over year to determine the right course of action for improvement and growth. - Write performance commentary, insights, and recommendations for next steps. Requirements - Excellent spoken & written English: communicates clearly via emails, Slack and conference calls. - Proven ability to explain technical concepts and performance insights to non-technical stakeholders such as store owners and clients. - 4+ years successfully managing Google Ads and Merchant Center, either client-side or at an agency. - Experience managing multiple DTC brands and retailers is a plus. - Ability to work with data, including Excel formulas and pivot tables, and translate it into actionable insights is a plus. - Available to work during 10am-6pm CET.
