The Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and executing on a plan to support future customers and customers around the world across various marketing channels. They will own the coordination and execution of a quarterly plan of communications and marketing focused on email campaigns, nurture campaigns, and more, as well as involvement in customer communications.

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3-5 years' experience in a business-communications related field, preferably at a B2B SaaS/software company.
  • Excellent writing skills - please be able to supply a portfolio on request.
  • Strong analytical and communications skills.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or Hubspot.
  • Hands-on experience with project management systems such as Wrike, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
  • Experience creating communications in a corporate marketing environment.
  • Strong ability to work cross functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning and project management skills.
  • Ability to look ahead to meet regular deadlines and predict and prevent last-minute changes.
  • High attention to detail while managing a high-volume output.
