<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Key Responsibility<br><br><ul><li> Direct CapEx/OpEx financial modeling, P&L forecasts, and feasibility studies for complex Built-to-Suit developments. </li><li> Serve as the technical input lead, ensuring design briefs and architectural programming align with client operational requirements and asset management strategy. </li><li> To support in the technical assessment and coordination of BTS projects. This includes assisting in site due diligence and coordinating with internal design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure the proposed developments are technically feasible and aligned with client requirements. </li><li> Drive the integration of sustainable and smart technologies (Solar, BMS, Digital Twin) into BTS projects </li><li> Implement PMO frameworks and KPI-based dashboards for strategic reporting on progress and risk. </li><li> Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for the BTS portfolio, from due diligence to handover and long-term Facilities Management strategy. </li><li> Lead Value Engineering, targeting 10-15% cost optimization while maintaining technical specifications and operational quality </li><li> Provide advanced contractual and commercial advice, managing tender processes, negotiations, and claims (EOT/Variations). </li><li> Manage strategic relationships with internal business units and high-level clients, for project governance. </li><li> Conduct continuous market analysis and benchmarking of regional logistics/industry facility trends to ensure competitive BTS offering to ensure competitiveness of DP World’s BTS projects. </li><li> Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate all technical, contractual, and commercial risks associated with the assigned portfolio elements. </li><li> Assist in negotiations on contracts, including lease terms, project scope, and timelines, while collaborating with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure contracts and financial structures are aligned with business goals and project feasibility. </li><li> Ensure effective coordination and communication among various internal and external stakeholders involved in the project lifecycle. This includes working closely with design, project management, legal, finance, and business development teams to facilitate seamless information flow and timely decision-making. </li><li> To prepare project trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials to keep all stakeholders informed. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, as the role requires balancing multiple tasks while maintaining clarity and alignment across functions. </li><li> To support the business development and sales functions by contributing to the techo commercial aspects of end-to-end process of client engagement and deal structuring. This includes assisting in the preparation of customized BTS proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements. </li><li> Assist in managing the PMO function, including the implementation of best practices, processes, and frameworks to support project management activities. </li><li> Ensure the implementation of the key project management duties including overseeing the portfolio of existing projects as well as new projects, alignment of the projects with business goals, tracking the progress of the projects, monitoring deadlines for tasks, reviewing documentation for project creation, analyzing financial data and creating reports for the management and stakeholders. <br><br></li></ul><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>Trade is the lifeblood of the global economy, creating opportunities and improving the quality of life for people around the world.
