This job is a member of the Generative AI Product Team within the Information Technology Division. In this role you will lead the vision and strategy for the effective use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies to drive organizational growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. What you'll do

Partner with a highly inspired and inquisitive team of technologists who are already developing and deploying applications to the highest standards.

Design and develop end-to-end AI architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define AI strategies and roadmaps.

Lead the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal performance and scalability.

Explore emerging technologies/practices with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to with little or no guidance; incorporate these into architectural solution when appropriate.

Present AI strategies, architectures, and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders.

Work in an open, collaborative, trusting and thought-provoking environment, one that encourages diversity of thoughtful and creative solutions; one that supports experimentation with a fall forward culture.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or equivalent experience

8 years of application systems development experience

5 years architectural and design experience

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline

5 years of technical or team leadership experience

2+ years of experience leading AI projects and teams.

2+ years' Cloud architecture or development experiences in IBM Public and Azure

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Other Jobs You May Be Interested In

Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques.

Experience with MLOps practices and tools.
