The Faricy Boys Salida is currently looking for a qualified automotive Service Advisor to help serve our customers. Come work and live in Salida, Colorado- one of the most beautiful cities in Colorado’s mountain region - not to mention all the amenities that Salida offers in wilderness activities such as camping, rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain climbing, hunting & winter sports.

**Compensation**

Depending on experience between $65,000 -$85,000 per year

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs

- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues

- Communicate service recommendations to customers based on technician assessments

- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles

- Educate customers on maintenance services and upsell additional services as needed

- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs

- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns promptly

**Skills:**

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive role is required

- Knowledge of automotive repair services including oil changes, brake repairs, shocks, and struts

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Proficiency in upselling services to meet customer needs

- Familiarity with dealership operations and sales processes
