Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Shopify E-Commerce Assistant to support our fashion brand’s online operations. This role focuses on managing digital product workflows, merchandising, and online content across Shopify and Klaviyo. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong understanding of fashion retail, and thrive in both independent and collaborative environments, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Assist with product uploads, merchandising, and updates on Shopify

Create engaging content and visuals for social media and email

Support design and marketing projects with Photoshop and Premiere Pro

Style clothing for photoshoots, flat lays, and digital campaigns

Collaborate with the design, marketing, and retail teams while thriving independently

Manage tasks, timelines, and creative deliverables with attention to detail

Maintain consistency across all brand visuals and channels

Occasionally support retail or pop-up events when needed

What We're Looking For

Proficiency in Shopify (product management and merchandising)

Strong skills in Photoshop and Premiere Pro

Passion for styling, fashion, and refined design

Experience with luxury fashion, retail sales, or visual merchandising

SEO knowledge for e-commerce (product tags, alt text, descriptions)

Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Notion

Photography or video editing experience

Light HTML/CSS skills for site or email tweaks
