What you will do:

As a Digital Collaboration & Communication Strategist you will play an integral part of our team as a key contributor of design and optimize our Slack workspace. This role will focus on structuring Slack to enhance internal collaboration, streamline agent communication, and integrate key tools and workflows.

Execute seamless internal collaboration across agile, remote teams.

Create an agent-centric experience that enhances communication without overwhelming.

Structure a Slack ecosystem that supports both real-time and async collaboration.

Key Skillset:

Workspace Architect & Communication Strategist

Change management expertise

Able to develop and implement communication solutions.

Solution-oriented mindset

Capable of designing policies and frameworks that scale.

Understanding of Slack development & integrations

Experience working with Slack developers.

Strong communication skills

Ability to be direct and efficient in getting things done.

Expertise in organizational dynamics

Understanding how systems and structures impact collaboration.

Consultant role

Focused on designing an effective organizational system for communication.

How you will grab our attention:

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Slack architecture expertise required, experience optimizing communication tools for distributed teams, and a passion for designing structured, scalable collaboration spaces.
