Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Staff Engineer, System Test at VMware to lead a team of engineers in developing and executing test plans for our products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining software test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality of our products. You will also lead a team of engineers in setting up and executing test plans, and providing technical guidance and support.The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a system test role, and have a strong technical background. You must also have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
