The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting operational excellence, including participation in the Duty Manager Program.</p><p><br></p><p> In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:</p><ul><li>Oversee daily retail shop operations, ensuring accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and merchandising standards.</li><li>Manage retail kiosk(s) to ensure optimal guest experience and smooth operations.</li><li>Support the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of the Retail POS system.</li><li>Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining departmental SOPs, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Lead, train, coach, and monitor the performance of the retail and concessions sales team.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external health, safety, and regulatory standards.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, staying informed of industry trends and best practices.</li><li>Participate in the Duty Manager Program and deputize for the Manager – Retail & Concessions when required.</li><li>Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and monitoring of departmental financial performance.</li><li>Design and deliver effective sales training and development programs.</li><li>Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by the Management Team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About you: </strong></p><p>The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:</p><ul><li>Minimum of <strong>2 years’ experience</strong> in a supervisory role within leading attractions or theme parks.</li><li>Proven experience managing a <strong>multicultural team</strong>.</li><li>Strong sales and customer service skills.</li><li>Inventory management and stock control experience.</li><li>Experience in retail store openings and POS systems preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Benefits: </strong></p><p>In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
