This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Solutions Consultant, Business Services, to work closely with our customers and prospects in a high growth region, driving new business opportunities and shaping our consulting and product delivery offerings. You will be responsible for ensuring a thorough understanding of customer expectations through meetings and discussions with sales teams during all phases of the sales cycle. Presenting our comprehensive fraud prevention, identity verification, and authentication products and services to clarify technical details and identify solutions that meet customer needs. Offering a consultative approach with excellent listening skills and problem-solving expertise to drive business value and transformations for our customers. Guiding customers through proposed solutions, including technical demonstrations and detailed business processes, to ensure successful engagements. Driving opportunities from inception to delivery and providing expertise as an SME by applying product and process knowledge to the customer base. This is a challenging role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Requirements: Experience in fraud prevention, risk, or authentication space. Fraud prevention experience in banking or payments industry. Proven ability to work with stakeholders to develop fraud strategies and facilitate change. Demonstrated consultative skills and active listening abilities.
