You will be supported by the Senior Executive Officer and Business Development Managers to develop your skills and experience in FX and Cross Border Payments.</p><p>Finseta is looking for hungry and motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit to develop into future leaders within our sales function. You will enjoy building new relationships and create rapport easily with prospective customers across various levels of seniority. You will be supported by a training program covering the fundamentals of Sales Skills to support you in kick starting a career in Financial Services.</p><p>The role will focus on identifying and qualifying partnership opportunities for Finseta's Partnership Managers to assist in closing.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Researching and identifying potential partners to build a database of qualified prospects whose clients would benefit from Finseta's services.</li> <li>Create a pipeline of opportunities that help Finseta meet and exceed its business KPIs and Goals.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams/stakeholders, including Compliance, Operations and Marketing, as needed.</li> <li>Identify opportunities by explaining product and service capabilities and overcoming potential objections posed by prospective customers.</li> <li>Inform prospective customers on market developments by referring to technical analysis reports, daily figures and other means of research.</li> <li>Monitor your performance against KPI’s agreed by your line manager.</li> </ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul> <li>1-3 years of experience in Sales</li> <li>Experience in cold outreach via Cold Calling, Email Sequences and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential.</li> </ul><p>Desired, not essential:</p><ul> <li>Experience in using the following tools is desirable: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha and HubSpot.</li> </ul>
