About Optimism
Optimism is a modern media platform focused on helping people live healthier, more meaningful lives. We create content, experiences, and products across health, wellness, and longevity.
We recently completed filming a premium online course, and are looking for an experienced video editor to help us transform the raw footage into a polished, professional learning experience.

- Remove mistakes, pauses, retakes, and unnecessary content
- Create smooth transitions between sections where appropriate
- Incorporate branded intro/outro elements (assets provided)
- Add lower thirds, titles, and simple on-screen graphics as needed
- Color correct footage for consistency across lessons
- Export final videos optimized for course hosting platforms
- Collaborate with our team through review and revision rounds
Ideal Experience
- Previous experience editing online courses, educational content, masterclasses, or coaching programs
- Strong storytelling and pacing instincts for long-form educational content
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Experience with audio cleanup and dialogue enhancement
- Ability to maintain a clean, premium, and professional visual style
- Strong attention to detail and organization
