About the position

The Virtual Field Representative (VSR) at EVERSANA is responsible for the commercialization of client therapies through teleconferences and telephone engagements with healthcare providers. This role involves delivering key clinical information, educational materials, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders to support the growth of the client's products. The VSR must possess strong customer service skills, marketing acumen, and the ability to communicate complex medical topics effectively.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned disease state and product training within required timeframes.

Deliver education-focused messages and disease-state information to selected healthcare providers (HCPs).

Partner with client's existing employees to build and execute business plans.

Enhance HCP awareness of client's products and equip them with tools for clinical conversations.

Build trust and knowledge with HCPs to identify treatment gaps in patient groups.

Achieve call activity and brand performance objectives set by the client.

Ensure accurate generation of sample and literature requests and follow up on product shipments.

Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls and product discussions.

Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to team leadership.

Comply with all company and regulatory policies and guidelines.

Work independently from a remote home office and cultivate assigned virtual territory.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.

2+ years of sales experience in outbound Virtual/Tele-sales or field sales, preferably in healthcare or pharma.

Strong sales aptitude with documented sales results in competitive markets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.

Ability to learn complex medical topics and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Stable internet connection for VoIP calls and virtual platforms.

Nice-to-haves

Pain experience is preferred.

Launch experience is a plus.
