About the role

As the Vice President, People Experience Strategy and Services, you will lead the global teams responsible for People Program Management, People Services & Knowledge Management, HR Policy & Compliance, Contingent Workforce Management, and various operations areas that support the HR function. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between the People Experience Team on all jointly owned strategic initiatives where partnership with our President’s Office, Business Strategy, Internal Communications and Corporate Development teams is needed.

About You

12+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Program Management, and Administration, equipping you with the domain expertise to guide strategy and projects spanning all HR functional areas

You are adept at managing through a wide range of circumstances and have successfully navigated the ambiguity inherent in a high-growth, global company
