Key Responsibilities

  • Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to guidelines
  • Identify and elevate inappropriate content or violations of community policies
  • Maintain detailed reports on moderation actions taken
  • Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and policies regarding content moderation

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in content moderation or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing guidelines
  • Availability to relocate to Malta and contribute positively to the team
