Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems.

  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry.

  • Perform regular data quality checks and audits to maintain integrity.

  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems.

  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent and timely data processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree is a plus.

  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with high accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

  • Familiarity with database systems and CRM platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred.

Working Hours
