Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Fedex Delivery Driver to join our team. Report to and dispatch out of Danville, IL hub each day and deliver to midwest Indiana.

To qualify for this position you must not be a current or past employee of ours, be an active FedEx delivery driver, and have a good contractor reference from a current or past contractor.

We are looking for a driver who can step in and handle an in town route with pickups, learn the area quick, and complete the day with a minimum of 99.5% LIB service and PO time commit service. We have converted to 2.0 and have noon and 1:30 PO time commits.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a P1000 stepvan for deliveries.
  • Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability.
  • Handle heavy lifting up to 150lbs and moving of boxes as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a FedEx delivery driver with a positive reference.
  • Already active within the FedEx system
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • License to driver vehicles weighing between 16,000lbs and 23,000 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow directions accurately.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routes as needed.

Pay: $200.00 - $300.00 per day
