The B2B Sales Rep is a key role within the sales team as we expand our sales efforts to B2B customers, HVAC contractors, HVAC supply houses, and distribution. A successful candidate will be able to capture new accounts while growing and reactivating our current customer base.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in sales negotiations and customer relations. They will have deep experience with CRM systems and B2B and HVAC sales techniques. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment that values independence and a go-getter approach. Success will result in high commission payouts and the opportunity for upward growth within the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Ownership of the sales journey for prospects as well as an assigned book of business
  • Initiating engagement, negotiating price and program, and closing deals on new customers
  • Reactivating lapsed customers and increasing the velocity and size of orders from existing customers
  • Coordinate appropriate service and communication between customer, operations, logistics, and accounting, as needed
  • Serve as the main touchpoint for your customers to ensure continued business

  • Expert knowledge in HVAC and technical product sales
  • Strong familiarity with B2B sales cycles and techniques
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, email communication tools, CRM/ERP systems).
