As an Application Engineer, you will play a vital role in preparing technical and commercial quotations for flow controls projects in the Asia Pacific region. Responsibilities: Review project specifications and prepare preliminary guidelines & deviation/clarification sheets. Utilize Fisher sizing program and customer data to perform sizing and selection, ensuring the right valve is chosen for each application. Collaborate with the Industry Support team as needed for special applications or pricing, and actively participate in quote strategy meetings. Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial quotations based on the MIB process, with the guidance of senior engineers. Participate in scheduled calls with Sales Office, addressing and resolving project queries. Provide support for project revisions requested by customers. Collaborate with team members to ensure on-time project submission. Requirements and Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
