Affiliated Building Maintenance a full services retail services provider is currently seeking a night shift parking lot sweeper!

Job Type: Full-time

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

· Valid Arizona Driver’s license

· Acceptable driving record for the last 39 months

· Some sweepers are class D requiring a medical

· Mechanically inclined – we train to affix minor repairs on the equipment

· Proven safe work practices and operations

· High School Diploma or GED equivalent

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Exposure to outside weather, including frequent hot and cold conditions, as well as exposure to fumes, vibrations, and airborne particles

Noise level is usually moderate

Requires the employee to sit, climb, bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

The work environment involves some exposure to physical risks such as moving mechanical parts, so employees will be required to follow Company mandated safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-oriented, adaptable/flexible, and detail-oriented
