I am a Master Coach and business owner looking for a reliable, driven VA to support two businesses, a growing real estate business and an active coaching practice. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow, be challenged, and build real skills in two exciting industries.

Real Estate Support (Primary Focus):

Managing and updating MLS listings

Coordinating listing appointments, photos, and open houses listing presentations and marketing materials in Canva

Following up with leads using scripts and templates provided

Organizing transaction documents and checklists

Social media posts for listings, open houses, and market updates

Calendar management and client appointment scheduling

Supporting a new Keller Williams agent as she builds her business.

Coaching Business Support (Secondary Focus):

Managing bookings and sending session reminders

Scheduling and posting social media content

Email newsletter formatting and sending

Uploading and organizing contacts in CRM

Research tasks and document preparation

Creating workbooks, checklists, and client resources in Canva.

You are the right fit if you:

Have previous experience supporting real estate agents, Keller Williams experience is a strong plus

Are comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, Word, and Excel

Communicate proactively and respond within a few hours

Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do next

Are excited to learn, be challenged, and grow with us long-term

Handle details carefully, accuracy in documents and client communications matters here

Are positive, professional, and easy to work with
