Our in-house studio-equipped with professional gear-is available for use, although you’re welcome to use your own equipment if preferred.


Freelance Graphic Designer



We’re looking for a social-first, creative designer with the ability to translate brand stories into high-quality, engaging digital content. Experience creating visuals for client proposals/pitches is essential.


You’ll develop creative content ideas, design digital content (social media, videos, GIFs), edit multimedia assets, and support client proposals with compelling visuals. You’ll collaborate with the creative team, account managers, and clients, integrating feedback and delivering work on time. Staying up-to-date on digital trends and tools is crucial.


Tools & Tech:




  • Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Frame.io, Sprout Social and AI tools.

  • Ability to adopt new tools to produce high-quality content efficiently.

Requirements:




  • 5 years of social-first design experience with proven experience supporting client proposals/pitches.

  • Social-first mindset, creative flair, excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and Q’s internal teams.

  • Flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and varying workloads..
