Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new customer relationships and managing existing accounts. Your enthusiasm for sales, combined with your ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively, will help expand our market presence across diverse territories.

Duties

  • Engage in outside sales efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Manage existing accounts through proactive communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing strategies, converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage contacts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support company goals.
  • Collaborate with management on territory management strategies, sales campaigns, and market analysis to maximize growth potential.

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales within a related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing accounts and developing new business opportunities through lead generation and direct sales approaches.
  • Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and sales pipelines.
  • Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent customer service abilities.
  • Experience with territory management, inside sales, retail sales, or technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly for continuous growth.
