DLN Building Contracting LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s contracting and fit-out services across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, fit-out, and maintenance sectors.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote DLN’s services.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the technical team.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and follow up on ongoing projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential leads to increase company sales.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project pipelines.
  • Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry functions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in construction, contracting, or fit-out industry (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of contracting, fit-out works, and local market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
