Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our esteemed team as Ground Staff in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. As a vital part of our operations, Ground Staff play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our services. This position requires individuals who are customer-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and are adept at handling various tasks in a high-pressure environment. Ground Staff are responsible for facilitating the travel experience of our clients, from check-in to baggage handling and everything in between. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding procedures, and baggage handling.
  • Coordinate with airlines, transportation providers, and other service partners to ensure smooth ground operations.
  • Manage passenger flow and provide clear communication regarding schedules, delays, or changes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of passenger information and operational activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Support team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or travel-related fields are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation or check-in systems is advantageous.
