We’re actively seeking a talented Planview Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise Financial Solutions team. This role will be 4 days onsite in either our Newport Beach, CA or Charlotte, NC office. Relocation Assistance may be provided. How you’ll help move us forward: System Architecture and Design: Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the Planview System. Design scalable and robust solutions to meet business needs. Ensure system architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards. System Administration: Perform day-to-day administration of the Planview System, including user management, security settings, and system configurations. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Implement and manage system upgrades and patches. Integration and Customization: Integrate Planview with other enterprise systems and tools. Customize the Planview System to meet specific business requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless end-to-end processing The experience you bring: 8+ years experience as a Planview system administrator Experience with integration between portfolio tools and platforms like ADO, Jira, ServiceNow, Workday and Oracle Proven ability translating business requirements into effective solution designs by applying industry best practices You can be who you are People come first here. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location.
