Job Summary

As a Senior Financial Billing Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day functions of our Finance Shared Services billing team. You will manage incoming requests, ensure responsive and diligent support for colleagues and clients, and deliver client satisfaction by monitoring, processing, implementing, and recording complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare analysis and reporting on month-end close processes over controls for invoicing, reviewing of financial systems processes, and mapping of new products or expansion of existing product line plans in collaboration with multiple business divisions.
  • Engage in quarterly and annual audit reviews as requested, and represent billing in projects for migration, integration, and shared services strategies.
  • Recover automated billing files, perform billing accuracy testing, and validate results.
  • Prepare quantitative analysis, synthesize client information, and build relationships to understand and develop solutions.
  • Identify efficiencies and process improvements for invoicing completeness and accuracy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Math, Statistics, Finance, or MIS.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in billing and/or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strategic and analytical mindset to facilitate problem-solving within a shared service matrix.
  • Acumen to interpret and document complex systems and processes.
  • ERP knowledge (e.g., Oracle or SAP experience).
  • Order-to-Cash experience.
  • MBA preferred.
