Requirements


  • Make outbound calls to consumers to resolve outstanding debts in a professional manner
  • Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations
  • Document all interactions and account activities accurately in the system
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Handle disputes or inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Follow all company and client guidelines to ensure legal and ethical collection practices

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in third-party collections (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and resolve customer concerns
  • Capable of identifying solutions and making sound decisions
  • Dependable, ethical, and detail-oriented in all tasks
