Associate Real Estate Agent

Other Jobs To Apply

Summary

Description

Are You the One We're Looking For?

You're not waiting around for permission to succeed. You're the person who decided real estate was the move and hasn't stopped thinking about it since. You ask good questions, you listen even better, and when someone tells you "no," you hear "not yet."

You don't have the experience — yet. But you've got something that can't be taught: the drive to figure it out and the hunger to win.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch - We have a 86 day launch that teaches you all you need to know to be a successful Realtor in today's market. The average agent pends or closes 3.4 transactions during this time.
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly -
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments - We have ongoing certifications to upskill and productivity rhythms throughout each month.
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards - Morning Power-Ups with the Team.
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call - We are always learning and bettering our skills. We treat this as a career and take it seriously.
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology - We have an amazing CRM (database) system for you to track all your calls/appointments.

Qualifications

Here's what we're actually looking for:

  • You're a natural with people. Building rapport isn't a skill you practice — it's just how you operate.
  • You communicate clearly, confidently, and with intention — in writing and in person.
  • You're organized enough to keep multiple balls in the air without dropping them.
  • You take direction well and execute on it. Scripts and dialogues aren't beneath you — you see them as tools, not restrictions.
  • You manage your time like it's your most valuable asset. Because it is.
  • You're a team player who genuinely wants to see the people around you win too.
  • You hold a Florida Real Estate License — or you're actively working toward one.
  • You're growth-minded. You don't just tolerate feedback — you chase it.

Our agents averaged $70K in GCI last year. That didn't happen by accident — it happened because the right people showed up, did the work, and trusted the process.

If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.
