<p><strong>Job Summary : </strong></p><p>The Finance Director is the senior financial leader for North America Region, responsible for financial strategy, operations, governance, and risk management. This role ensures alignment with global policies while driving performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth.</p><p><br></p><p>Key scope includes FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, internal controls, and reporting, acting as a strategic partner to business leadership. The position supports regional expansion, capital optimization, and multi-country compliance.</p><p><br></p><p>In addition, this role requires a hands-on approach in a growing, multi-entity environment, effectively supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day financial operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Working Language: Mandarin Chinese & English</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities / What You Will Do</strong></p><p><strong>1. Strategy & Business Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead regional financial strategy aligned with corporate goals</li><li>Partner with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and efficiency</li><li>Support investment decisions, M&A, and market expansion</li></ul><p><strong>2.
