Learn more at About the Role We are hiring an experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own and manage the credit side of our business . This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a strategic relationship builder who understands the credit reporting ecosystem and knows how to translate that expertise into measurable customer outcomes. As a CSM, you will be a trusted advisor, advocate, and primary point of contact for our credit-industry clients—driving product adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of accounts. ⚠️ Credit industry experience is required. Candidates without direct experience working with credit reports, credit bureaus, credit compliance, or consumer finance credit workflows will not be considered. Key Responsibilities • Own the Credit Book of Business Serve as the strategic owner of credit-side client relationships, ensuring clients realize full value from Informativ's credit and compliance solutions. • Relationship Management Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across automotive dealerships, lenders, and consumer finance organizations. • Product Adoption Drive engagement and utilization of Informativ's credit reporting, identity verification, and compliance products. • Issue Resolution Partner cross-functionally with product, support, and compliance teams to resolve client concerns quickly and effectively. • Customer Retention Monitor account health, mitigate churn risk, and execute renewal and retention strategies. • Voice of the Customer Capture client feedback and partner with product, sales, and support to drive continuous improvement. • Reporting & Analytics Deliver regular reporting to leadership on satisfaction, renewals, churn risk, and account health KPIs. • Upsell & Cross-Sell Identify expansion opportunities and introduce additional credit, compliance, and finance solutions aligned with customer needs. What You Bring (Required Qualifications) • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Advocacy , preferably at a SaaS vendor serving auto dealerships or consumer finance organizations . • Minimum 3 years of direct credit industry experience is required — credit reporting, credit bureau operations, credit compliance (FCRA, GLBA, Red Flags Rule), or consumer/automotive credit workflows. • Proven success in strategic account management and owning long-term client relationships. • Strong executive presence , presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence, retain, and grow customers. • Demonstrated track record of upselling and cross-selling SaaS solutions. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities. Technical Proficiency Required • Salesforce (CRM) • PowerPoint (advanced) • Excel (intermediate) • Nice to Have Power BI, Snowflake, or other data visualization/analytics tools. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and turn insights into action. • Willingness to travel up to 20% to U.S.-based customers.
