In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the way marketing operations drive growth and efficiency within the organization. You'll own the CRM ecosystem, managing critical tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, while ensuring that systems align with business goals. Responsibilities • Own the HubSpot instance and the marketing setup in Salesforce CRM for the Americas. • Evaluate, implement, and manage tools that improve visibility, efficiency, and performance across the funnel. • Proactively troubleshoot system, workflow, tracking, and data issues to eliminate bottlenecks. • Own end-to-end campaign operations in HubSpot: scoping, building, launching, and tracking. • Translate ICPs into audience strategies, segmentation, and lifecycle workflows. • Ensure compliance with UTM tracking and campaign tagging standards. • Design and maintain dashboards that connect Marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. • Manage marketing data governance, including hygiene and deduplication. Requirements • 5+ years in managing a modern B2B marketing tech stack, with experience in HubSpot and Salesforce. • Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling and pipeline measurement. • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into insights. • Excellent project management skills in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to build trust and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Curious and process-oriented, seeking ways to simplify complexity.
