Overview

We are a successful nonprofit formation and compliance company that has helped form hundreds of nonprofits across the United States. We are looking for an experienced webinar and online course marketing professional who can take ownership of building, marketing, and growing a paid educational program that teaches people how to start and operate nonprofit organizations.

This is not simply a webinar-hosting role. We are looking for someone who has successfully launched webinars, online courses, coaching programs, or educational products and can demonstrate measurable results.

Our goal is to create both:

Live webinars that generate paid attendees and leads.

Recorded courses that can be sold continuously online.

We are seeking a long-term partner who can help us build a scalable marketing and sales machine around our expertise.

Responsibilities

Webinar Strategy & Production

Develop a webinar strategy that attracts aspiring nonprofit founders.

Recommend webinar topics, titles, and positioning.

Build registration funnels.

Create webinar landing pages.

Coordinate webinar technology and delivery.

Improve attendee conversion rates.

Create webinar follow-up sequences.

Course Creation & Launch

Advise on course structure and curriculum presentation.

Help package existing expertise into an online course.

Recommend appropriate platforms.

Create launch strategies.

Build evergreen sales funnels.

Optimize conversion rates.

Marketing & Audience Growth

Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns.

Create and manage paid advertising campaigns when appropriate.

Build and nurture email lists.

Generate qualified webinar registrations.

Drive course sales.

Identify strategic partnerships and referral opportunities.

Build a repeatable audience acquisition system.

Content Marketing

Develop content calendars.

Create social media content strategies.

Repurpose webinar content into short-form content.

Identify high-performing content opportunities.

Assist with YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels as appropriate.

Analytics & Optimization

Track registrations, attendance rates, conversion rates, and sales.

Recommend improvements based on data.

Continually optimize the funnel for better ROI.
