<p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><p>The Global Client Transformation Lead is accountable for <strong>driving large scale, outcome led transformation for strategic clients</strong>, combining <strong>strategic leadership</strong>, <strong>hands-on techno functional execution</strong>, and <strong>strong program governance.</strong></p><p>The role partners closely with client executives and internal delivery teams to define transformation vision, execute <strong>AI-led process transformation programs</strong>, and ensure <strong>measurable business value realization</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Structure – Three Core Elements</strong></p><p><strong>1. Strategic Management & Client Leadership</strong></p><p>Act as the <strong>primary transformation partner</strong> for client leadership across Business Operations, Digital Transformation, and AI.</p><ul><li>Define and own <strong>end-to-end transformation strategy</strong> for client accounts, including:<strong>‑</strong></li><li>Multi‑year <strong>transformation roadmaps</strong></li><li>Transformation <strong>charters and operating models</strong></li><li><strong>Business cases</strong>, value hypotheses, and ROI models</li><li>Shape and prioritize transformation initiatives across domains such as Quote to Cash, P2P, HRO, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales Support, Supply Chain, Procurement, and F&A, Enterprise Standards, Customer Experience, et al</li><li>Identify, structure, and position <strong>AI-led and digital opportunities</strong> aligned to client business objectives and contractual outcomes.</li><li>Lead <strong>executive level client interactions</strong>, including steering committees and transformation councils.</li><li>Influence decision making on scope, investments, tradeoffs, and sequencing in complex, matrix environments.</li><li>Represent HCL as a <strong>trusted advisor and transformation leader</strong>, strengthening long term client relationships and strategic positioning.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Techno Functional Execution & Value Realization</strong></p><p>Lead <strong>end-to-end execution</strong> of transformation initiatives, from discovery and design through deployment and steady state operations.</p><ul><li>Own delivery of <strong>AI, automation, and process re‑engineering programs</strong>, ensuring:</li><li>Clear scope and deliverables</li><li>High quality execution‑quality execution</li><li>Realization of committed business benefits</li><li>Lead the deployment of solutions in areas such as Agentic AI, LLM-based technologies, low-code automation, RPA, workflow platforms, analytics, reporting, and COTS platforms.</li><li>Translate strategy into <strong>actionable execution plans</strong>, milestones, and measurable outcomes tied to productivity, efficiency, cost, and experience.</li><li>Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure:</li><li>Technical feasibility and scalability</li><li>Secure, compliant, and sustainable solutions</li><li>Track, validate, and evidence <strong>benefits realization</strong> with the client.</li><li>Drive adoption of new processes and technologies through structured <strong>change management and enablement</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>3.
