We are hiring for the position of company Female Secretary with one of our Company based in Dubai. U.A.E. The ideal candidate is a proactive and dedicated individual with a passion for administration and communication. Objectives of the role

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and responding to inquiries as needed. Maintaining organized and up-to-date records, files, and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Preparing, editing, and distributing memos, documents, reports, and spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Supporting and assisting with HR-related tasks, with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar secretarial or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good time management with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
