SEO & AI Search Specialist (Contract)Location: RemoteInfosys BPM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO & AI Search Specialist for a contract position. This role is crucial for enhancing our online visibility and ensuring our content ranks effectively in both traditional organic search and emerging AI-powered search experiences across various solution areas. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO principles and a forward-looking perspective on AI search capabilities.Keyword and Prompt Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research for organic search and develop effective prompts for AI search engines, identifying opportunities to improve content discoverability.Define and refine overarching SEO and AI search strategies aligned with business objectives and target audiences for specific solution areas.Content Review and Optimization: Audit existing content and review new content for adherence to SEO and AI search best practices, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.Track, analyze, and report on key SEO and AI search performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversion rates along with key mentions, citations, sentiment and SOV with LLM’s.Content Recommendations: Propose specific edits to existing web pages and recommend the creation of new content to enhance organic search rankings and AI search visibility and citations.Citation Management: Oversee and manage citations and online listings to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and content teams, to integrate SEO and AI search strategies into their initiatives.Task Management and Workflow: Assign tasks to team members, review draft content, and manage the content production pipeline to ensure timely delivery and publication.Workstream Management: Effectively manage numerous concurrent workstreams, prioritizing tasks and ensuring all project deadlines are met.High School Diploma or GED EquivalentProven expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with a strong understanding of current algorithms and best practices.Demonstrated experience with AI-driven search technologies and their impact on content visibility.Experience in developing and implementing successful SEO and AI Search strategies.Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and SEO tools (e.g., Brightedge, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).Familiarity with AI prompt engineering principles is a plus.Infosys BPM Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infosys Limited (NYSE: INFY), provides end-toend transformative business process management (BPM) services for its clients across the globe.
