<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>The Internationalization Project Administrator plays a crucial role in efficiently support in developing an oversee various national and international initiatives within the Office of Internationalization. This position is responsible for managing day- to-day administrative functions, supporting, developing project oversight, and contributing to the enhancement of the university's academic reputation and global competitiveness. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail- oriented, possess digital software skills alongside excellent communication skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Supporting Assistant Chancellor’s projects for Global Partnerships and Impact:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Support in Developing and Managing projects related to International academic affairs and ensuring accurate and timely presentation to senior leadership.</li><li>Support in Projects related to optimizing ADU Ranking and Reputation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Office Management and Projects:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Assist various initiatives, including events, conferences, and support programs such as the Global Engagement Program (GEP) and the Global Brown Bag Seminar Series (GBBSS).</li><li>Assist in the development of proposals of national and international events and initiatives.</li><li>Assists in the development of Microsoft Office presentations.</li><li>Manages calendars, appointments for the Assistant Chancellor for Global Partnerships and ImpactTakes and maintains accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and administrative materials.</li><li>Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and understood.</li><li>Raise Purchase requisitions as needed for the department and works with the relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate project activities and communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Facilitate communication and collaboration between project team members.</li><li>Assist the project team in the planning and execution of digital projects, including creating project plans, timelines, and budgets; Submit and reconcile expense reports.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Reports & Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li>Attends meetings, records minutes, and follows up on action items as necessary.</li><li>Maintains signature files, documentation, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.</li><li>Support in developing projects ‘websites and proposals.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Educational Qualifications Required for the Role:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, business, project management, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Master’s Degree in business or related field preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Years of Experience Required:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>1-2 years of experience in an administration and IT project support role.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nature of Relevant Experience Required:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience in a similar setup supporting senior executives and managing projects.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Language - Skills:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Special Skills and Abilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Possesses advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PowerPoint, website development, Zoom, SKYPE, Teams.
