We're looking for someone who obsesses over retention, knows Klaviyo inside and out, and treats email like a revenue machine.

If you're the type who can't help but optimize a flow, rewrites subject lines for fun, designs your own emails because waiting on creative is too slow, and knows exactly why one campaign outperformed another, we want to talk.

Your Mission

Build and scale a world class retention engine that turns first time customers into lifelong customers.

Own the entire email experience from strategy and segmentation to creative, automation, testing, and optimization while driving measurable revenue growth and strengthening the SLNT brand.

What You'll Own

Klaviyo

Own our entire Klaviyo ecosystem including campaigns, lifecycle flows, segmentation, deliverability, list management, and integrations.

Lifecycle Marketing

Build and optimize customer journeys that increase repeat purchases, customer lifetime value, and retention.

Creative

Partner with the marketing team to bring our monthly marketing calendar to life.

Design every email campaign in Figma and Klaviyo, collaborate on messaging and copy, and ensure every email reflects the SLNT brand from concept to launch.

Testing & Optimization

Continuously test subject lines, offers, creative, layouts, send times, CTAs, and segmentation to improve performance.

Analytics

Own email reporting and use data to drive smarter decisions, stronger customer experiences, and measurable revenue growth.

You're Probably a Great Fit If You...

Have 3+ years of hands on Klaviyo experience.

Stay up to date on all things new in Klaviyo

Have built and optimized lifecycle marketing programs from the ground up.

Are highly proficient in Figma and can design polished, conversion focused emails.

Understand customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.

Can write compelling marketing copy or collaborate closely with a marketing team.

Love data and use testing to make decisions.

Thrive in a fast moving ecommerce environment.

Take ownership and don't wait to be told what to do.
