This is a highly visible, time-critical application development effort delivering secure, scalable, user-centered solutions on the Mendix platform. The position is 100% remote and open to candidates across the US who can work Arizona business hours.<br> </div><p><br></p><p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" dir="auto"><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></p> <ul dir="auto"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Configure and develop Mendix applications: microflows and nanoflows, domain models, UI components and pages, and integrations/data sources.<br></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Assist Business Analysts with requirements gathering, system design, development, testing, and implementation.<br></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Analyze and chart existing business processes; develop and document future-state processes, business rules, and workflow diagrams.<br></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Prepare UAT test cases and coordinate UAT with business stakeholders; perform data validation and QA within Mendix applications.<br></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Support pre-go-live testing and defect resolution; maintain project documentation.<br></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Work within an Agile/Scrum team, keeping the Scrum Master/PM informed of progress, risks, and action items.<br></li> </ul><p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" dir="auto"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b><br></p> <ul dir="auto"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Hands-on Low-Code/No-Code platform experience, Mendix strongly preferred.<br></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Agile/Scrum delivery experience; familiarity with JIRA.<br></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">SQL Server querying, reporting, and diagnostics.<br></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Understanding of PCI compliance standards; automated testing experience.<br></li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong documentation and communication skills; public-sector experience a plus.<br></li> </ul><p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal" dir="auto"><b>Additional Requirements</b><br></p> <ul dir="auto"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
