  • Follow up with car sales dept. about the model plan to order to start preparing initial parts order.
  • Prepare the Dept. weekly stock order and daily emergency orders to keep high parts availability.
  • Checking Technical Parts Bulletin and arrange to order the necessary items
  • Follow and prepare the Wrong, Defective, and damaged parts Claim to the supplier
  • Order local purchase spare parts and consumable items to fulfill the workshop requirements.
  • Coordinating and support branches requirement technically and parts availability
  • Following up the back orders with the principles and arrange immediate stock to have a better fill rate on daily basis.
  • Follow up with MOBIS & arrange all urgent required parts for all our service center & customers
  • On Dept. Manager's leave, manages his roles & responsibilities.
  • Communicate with the principle for all the parts related issues and maintain very good relation to support the dep. Activities.
  • Prepare the business plan for the spare parts dep. To meet the principle, owner and brand requirements.
  • Coordinate with car sales and service dep. To enhance the parts department operation.
  • Develop sales and gross profits by establishing realistic sales and aggressive employee selling
  • Establish an efficient pricing and discount policies.
  • Develop good organization by establishing personnel skills, attitude and sense of job responsibility programs.
  • Control the costs by analyzing each factor contribute to expenses, billing, discount, utilization and purchasing.
  • Review, study and suggest for the employee requirements and salaries changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
  • Work Experience: 10 to 15 Years in the same position with any Automobile Agency/Dealer.
  • Good customer relation ability.
  • Ability to develop close working relationship with all personnel.
  • Personnel Management ability.
  • Administrative skill.
  • Merchandising & promotion expertise.
